Chicory with cheese
Instructions
Wash and clean the chicory and then boil it in salted water.
Drain and squeeze it well.
In a pan heat the oil, add the onion and, when Golden, add the chicory.
Stir, season with salt and add the eggs, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Stir in the cheese and serve immediately.
