Aosta donuts
Instructions
Mix the flour and 2 quality mix with the softened butter.
Add sugar, eggs, grated lemon rind and work well with a compound homogeneous mixture.
Pour it into a syringe by pastry chef and give the dough into small Donuts.
Place them on a baking sheet and bake in greased not 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with a dry white wine.

- 400 g of fine cornmeal
- 75 g of white flour
- 200 g of butter
