Instructions

Turn on oven to 190 degrees.

Lightly grease two baking plates.

In a bowl mix cream butter with a wooden spoon.

Add the icing sugar and knead again until mixture is light and fluffy.

Setacciatevi flour and add the lemon zest.

Fill the dough with a pastry bag with a star nozzle.

Spread on the plate forming a fortnight of rings of 5 centimeters in diameter.

Near enough to allow growth in cooking.

Cospargetene the surface with chopped pistachios.

Put in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes and then in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Let cool a few minutes on the plates before supporting them to cool on a rack.

Sprinkle with icing sugar dropped from sieved.

Keep the Donuts in a canister firmly closed by separating the layers with wax paper.
