Instructions
Dolce typical of Christmas.
Shell the hard-boiled egg, remove the egg and move the egg yolk through a sieve.
Beat the butter with the icing sugar, add lemon zest, egg yolks and raw hard sifted and mix with the flour and a pinch of salt.
Form a ball with this mixture, wrap in foil and let rest in refrigerator for about half an hour.
After the half-hour take the dough, form of strings of 1/2 cm diameter 13 cm in length and close them.
Brush the buns with the egg white, sprinkle with granulated sugar and place on baking paper lined oven.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
If you want to give, wrap the buns in a transparent paper, tie with raffia and decorate with Holly or cinnamon sticks.

- 250 g of flour
- 200 g of butter
- 150 g of icing sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg whites
