Velvety cake
Instructions
Remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften.
In a bowl place the flour.
Heat the milk, mix in a little sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder and pour the whole thing at the center of the flour.
Stir with a wooden spoon, add the chopped butter working the dough with your hands, then add one egg at a time, and two tablespoons of rum.
Cover with a towel and let rise 8 hours.
Place the dough in a buttered Cake mould and bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
Withdrawn, let it sit a quarter of an hour and put.
