Instructions
Combine the two flours, sugar and egg yolks.
Mix and gradually add the melted butter and milk.
Incorporate the egg whites mounted snow and baking powder.
Stir quickly and pour the mixture into a buttered Cake mould and floured and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 100 g of white flour
- 100 g of yellow flour
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 sachet of yeast
