Durum wheat wafers
Instructions
Sift the flour with a pinch of salt and the fountain in a bowl.
Start gradually pour 25 cl of lukewarm water, gradually mixing the flour, until you obtain a creamy and smooth batter.
Cover the bowl and let stand for 20-30 minutes.
Do well on medium flame heating a pan of about 15 cm in diameter.
When it is hot, slightly ungetelo by running a piece of blotting paper soaked in oil.
Pour a small ladleful of batter, tilting and rotating the Pan, spread the mixture over the bottom evenly.
Simmer until the wafer is edges Golden, then voltatela (with a lid) and leave it to cook on the other side too.
When ready, put it on a plate and bend it into four.
Proceed in this manner until you run out of batter, remembering every time to grease the pan with a paper towel soaked in oil.
Before serving waffles, pass through for a few minutes in hot oven or toaster.
