Pineapple pudding (Budino d'ananas)
Instructions
Puree the pineapple slices with the milk, egg yolks, melted butter and lemon juice, just enough to get a dough.
Add the chopped cookies, mix well and stir the whipped egg whites.
Pour everything into a mold from caramel Crown and cook in the oven in a Bain-Marie for about 40-45 minutes.

- 1 large Pack of condensed milk
- 12 slices of pineapple
- 300 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 100 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 lemon
