Strawberry cheese cake with strawberries
Instructions
Whip egg whites until foamy.
Whip sugar with the egg yolks and add the cheese, work well.
Dissolve over heat the gelatine with alkermes.
Join the compounds and mount.
In a pan place a layer of crushed biscuits or pastry already cooked, posatevi fresh strawberries and pour the mixture.
Put the pan over in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Fold over and serve.

- 225 g of stracchino cheese
- 225 g of philadelphia cheese
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 6 sheets of isinglass
- 200 g of cream
- 3 tablespoons of alkermes
- Fresh strawberries
