Instructions
Place the isinglass in cold water to soften.
Meanwhile, place the egg yolks in a bowl and mount them with sugar until they are swollen and foamy.
Add pouring above, little by little, the heated milk with the vanilla stick (the latter must be removed as soon as the milk reaches the boiling point).
Add the isinglass well squeezed and the coffee cup: stir gently to mix well.
Allow to cool, then stir the whipped cream densely.
Squirt a mold from charlotte and foderatelo with ladyfingers soaked in marsala (with a little water) and located on the bottom in a radial pattern.
Pour in the mixture prepared and levelled the surface with the back of a spoon: remount other ladyfingers, still soaked in wine.
Put in refrigerator for 3 hours, then remove the mold, immerse it in boiling water (this will slip out the sweet more easily), dry it and flip it over the charlotte on a plate.

- 4 sheets of isinglass
- 8 egg yolks
- 200 g of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 1 cup of coffee
- 50 cl of cream
- 200 g of biscuits savoiardi
- Marsala wine
