Ambrosia
Instructions
Crushed in a marble mortar spices and stow 'em with alcohol in an airtight jar, letting them soak for 10 days and stirring twice daily.
After this period, open the jar and add the white wine and genuine dry flavour, close and let it soak for another 10 days.
Finally add sugar and 2 drops of tincture of musk, mix and close again.
You let it sit for another 5 days, seeps and bottles.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of alcohol at 70 degrees
- 400 g of dry white wine
- 400 g of sugar
- 3 g of cilantro
- 1 g of anise bruised
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 g of angelica seeds
- 2 drops of moss tincture
