Braised mushrooms
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200° c (thermostat 6).
Peel the mushrooms, dry thoroughly, remove the chapels.
Finely chop the stems and place them in a bowl.
Peel and crush the garlic.
Pour into Bowl the shallots, garlic, chervil, tarragon, thyme, Bay leaves and chopped salami pasta.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan from the bottom often.
Fry the preparation by mixing with a wooden spoon, then remove from heat.
Lightly salt the inside of the chapels of the mushrooms and brush with oil.
Spread the filling in the chapels, forming a small dome.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
Pour two tablespoons of oil in a baking dish large enough to hold all the mushrooms in a single layer.
Infornatela and let it heat the oil.
When the oil is very hot, remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms.
Bake again and simmer for ten minutes.
