Peel cucumbers.
With the special tool out into so many balls.
Scottatele in salted water to a boil a few minutes.
Drain and flavour in a pan where you have melted the butter on low heat.
Let flavour, stir, adjust salt and cook 15 minutes.
Pour the cream, let it absorb, passed on the serving dish and serve immediately.
