Instructions
Separately sifted icing sugar and flour.
Put the egg whites in a bowl, add the sugar and stir with a fork to 3 minutes trying not to skim the mixture.
Add the flour and melted butter and stir quickly.
Pour the mixture into a thin layer on a baking sheet Nonstick Round with a diameter of about 20 cm and bake at 175 degrees.
Simmer until the mixture is golden and slightly curdled, then sfornatelo and upside down while holding it over a bowl.
Shape the dough with your hands ondulandone the edge and let it dry completely.
