Baked stuffed grouper
Instructions
Please find the mushrooms in warm water and clean the grouper.
Let soften in warm water the breadcrumbs, then wring it out and put it in a bowl.
Drain shrimp from their liquid preserves and finely mince.
washed, coarsely chopped and squeeze the mushrooms; grate the Parmesan.
Add these ingredients to the bread crumbs along with the eggs, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and grated nutmeg.
Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon, until mixture is smooth.
Stuffed grouper with this mixture and bind them.
Place in a buttered baking dish then, season with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper and gilds it in a hot oven, 200 degrees for 1 hour, occasionally after sprinkling it with white wine.
After the stipulated time, the fish freed from bondage and accomodatelo on the serving dish; sprinkling it with the broth and serve immediately.

- 60 g of dried mushrooms
- 1 grouper from 1000 g
- 1 stale sandwich
- 50 g of potted prawns
- 50 g of parmigiano
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass white wine
