Baked Grouper (Cernia al Forno)
Instructions
Carefully clean the grouper, evisceratela and dry.
Place in an ovenproof dish three tablespoons of olive oil.
Lay the fish salted and peppered inside and out.
Spennellatelo with plenty of oil, sprinkle with a glass of white wine and should be sprayed with the filtered juice of half a lemon to the strainer.

Add two tablespoons of capers and chopped chilli.
