Grilled mullet
Instructions
Clean the grey mullet, wash it and open it in half.
Season the inside with chopped Rosemary and parsley, oil, salt and pepper.
Close it, tie it, and keep it to marinate for 30 minutes in oil and Rosemary.
Cook on a hot grill flooding with the marinade.
When it is well cooked, lift it from the heat and place it on a serving platter.
Delete the thread and garnish with lemon slices.
