Instructions

In a pan heat three tablespoons of oil with a clove of garlic whole and take it out when it is gold color.

Lay the fish, adjust salt and pepper.

Cook to moderate flame for 15 minutes.

Before you withdraw them sprinkle them with a little chopped parsley.

Serve the fish with the sauce and lemon wedges.

Accompanying wines: Tocai Friulano DOC Friuli Aquileia, Velletri Bianco DOC, Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC.
