Instructions

Boil the potatoes, Peel and pass through with the potato masher; the mashed mix chopped garlic and parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper.

When the mixture has formed oval nuggets declined and FRY in boiling oil after being passed in the egg whites whipped and breadcrumbs.

Drain, then dry on paper towels, salt and served the cazzilli still warm.
