Instructions

Scalded in boiling salted water for 5 minutes cabbage cut into strips.

Drain well.

In a pan sauté the garlic in two tablespoons of olive oil.

Add the anchovies de-boned, water and cut into small pieces.

Let melt.

Add the cabbage and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.

Add salt and pepper, cover and cook for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Served hot.
