Smoking red cabbage
Instructions
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes.
Wash the cabbage and cut into strips.
Place the butter in a pan and the oil, add the chopped onion, bacon, diced Apple and cabbage into strips.
FRY slowly, then wet with wine and add a pinch of cinnamon, pepper and salt.
Cook to fire enough live occasionally bathing with hot broth.
Leave the Pan uncovered so that the cabbage maintains its beautiful red color.
