Wash 250 g cabbage, slice it thinly and cook it in a glass of water for 40 minutes.
Then add 250 g whole and peeled potatoes and 250 g sausage.
Cook for another half an hour.
Remove the sausages and vegetables reduce puree and season it with 150 g.
of warm milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper.
Mix well and add the sausages, skinned and cut into pieces.
Serve hot.
