Put the flour on the work surface and place the sugar, the egg, a little salt, milk and butter. Mix well all the ingredients, working the dough. Split into two parts. In an add cocoa and mix thoroughly so you get a dark and homogeneous dough. The other leave it white.

Pull the two sheets separately; put the dough on the white chocolate. Press lightly with a rolling pin to make them adhere well to each other. Gently roll (the suggestion is to use under parchment paper or a silicone mat) and put in the freezer for 5 minutes. Resume the roll and cut it into slices. Arrange the swivels on a plate lined with parchment paper and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
