Brussels Sprouts with Almonds (Cavolini di Bruxelles con Le Mandorle)
Instructions
Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain very well, place in a serving dish and keep warm.
In a saucepan heat a knob of butter with the garlic, almonds and stirring let them Brown.
Add chopped fillet of lemon peel, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Remove garlic.
In a pan melt a knob of butter and insaporitevi half a tablespoon of bread crumbs, stirring.
When it is ready stir almond mixture.
Mix and pour over Brussels sprouts.

- 700 g of brussels sprouts
- 30 g of peeled almonds
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
