Cook the lobster in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes, then down and leave to cool. Do the same for the shrimp, cooking only 10 minutes. Remove the lobster tail, extract the fleshy part and cut it into rings more or less subtle, using the same way to the claws.

After cool facts, sneaks the shrimp. You have the flesh of lobster and prawns in a dish with tomatoes, cut into wedges and sliced onion very fine, celery (chopped finely, too). Prepare a sauce with salt, pepper, lemon, olive oil and mustard: condisci the dish with the sauce.
