Cake with orange of Enza
Instructions
With juicer fruit juice maker three juice oranges, then grater apart an orange zest. In a bowl metti3 egg yolks and 300 grams of sugar, stir the mixture then join the orange juice freshly squeezed. Add the flour, the butter you have melted in a Bain-Marie, and yeast sachet of vanilla; blend all ingredients and mix well.
With the whites of the eggs produces a composed fit until stiff, incorporates all along with the previously prepared compound and mixes. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan and let Cook for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve the cake with orange decorating with a few slices of fruit.
