Baked Brussels Sprouts (Cavolini di Bruxelles al Forno)
Instructions
Clean Brussels sprouts and remove yellow or wilted leaves and cut out the excess stem.
Wash and boil 10 minutes in water a little salty.
Allow to cool and put them in 1 pan with salt, pepper and butter in pieces, cover and go in the oven at 180 degrees, making them braise, turning them until they a couple of times, for 25 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of brussels sprouts
- 60 g of butter
- Salt
- Freshly ground white pepper
