Tasty apple tart
Instructions
Prepare the base mix 300 g of flour, 100 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 ampoule Orange aroma Paneangeli, 1 egg 150 gr cold butter and 1/2 sachet of yeast Paneangeli until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Stretch out the dough on a baking sheet of round 26 centimeters in diameter, lined with parchment paper. Cover the dough with 3 apples, cut into thin slices and with a layer of small boats or puffed rice cereal with chocolate. Prepare the cream whipping 4 egg yolks with 150 grams of sugar and 45 grams of flour; pour 500 ml of milk heated with orange zest and a bit of stick of vanilla. Stir over low heat until thickened. Pour the cream over the cooled grains, bakes at 180° for 25-30 minutes. When the tart has cooled wipe with vanilla icing sugar Paneangeli.
