Bruschetta al pomodoro with Philadelphia
Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut in half and remove the pips. Decrease then the flesh into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut it in thin strips, put it to soak in cold water for 10 minutes, scolala and dry it. Mix the tomatoes with onion, a pinch of salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Lightly toasting slices of bread, spread mixture with Philadelphia Philadelphia Classic or herbal Fantasies, cut them out and complete with tomato and diced onion.

- 4 tomatoes
- red onion
- 160 g Philadelphia Classic
- few leaves of parsley
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
