Zucchini rolls with Philadelphia and Mint
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into thin strips with a potato peeler, longitudinal immergile for 2 minutes in boiling water and then raffreddale in iced water. Scolale and dry them with kitchen paper. Wash, dry and chop Mint, put it in a bowl with Philadelphia, 2 spoons of oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Lay the strips of Zucchini on the work surface, spread mixture with cream cheese and wind them up on themselves to form of rolls; arrange them on a plate, condisci with the remaining oil and garnish with chives.
