Doughnut with rice flour and apples
Instructions
Peel and cut apples into small pieces. Prepare the mixture for the cake by adding the rice flour, eggs, butter melted in a double boiler, then the milk, sugar and salt and apples. Finally add the yeast. Get a soft dough well, possibly add a little milk.
Flours a pan of about 28 cm in diameter and place in oven at 220 degrees for 45 minutes. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
