Brussels sprouts with gorgonzola
Instructions
Chop the walnuts and cut into pieces the gorgonzola.
Wash away the Brussels sprouts and boil them to steam for 15 minutes.
Place them in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumbs.
Apart from melt the butter by joining the chopped walnuts and distribute it on Brussels sprouts.
Place in oven for 15 minutes gratinando slightly towards the end.

- 800 g of brussels sprouts
- 150 g of creamy gorgonzola cheese
- 4 nuts
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
