Baked Brussels sprouts (2)
Instructions
After you clean the Brussels sprouts, cook them in salted water.
In a Pan fry gently for a little Bacon in butter, pour over the boiling cabbage and mix with grated parmigiano reggiano; place in oven to melt cheese.

- 500 g of brussels sprouts
- 100 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
