Instructions
Make a sauce with vegetables and oil then add the minced meat and sausage cut into pieces; then add the salt and pepper. Bake for an hour. Allow to cool then put in cheese sauce, chopped cream and pesto. With these ingredients you can make 2 trays.
In baking dish put a little gravy, then browse, still the sauce, the chopped bologna, Parmesan ... and so for 3 layers. Heated oven (gas) to 220 degrees and bake Lasagna for 20 minutes.

- 8 sheets of fresh pasta
- 300 g minced Turkey meat
- 200 g chicken sausage
- 1/2 jar of pesto
- 1 medium jar of tomato sauce
- 2 dl of fresh cream
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 200 g cheese orange light German
- 200 gr of bologna
- celery
- carrot
- onion
- 200 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
