Coconut and almond cookies
Instructions
Mount the egg whites, adding sugar gradually. We have to get a soft, not hard. Add the ground almonds, coconut flour and mix gently with a spoon. We train shape cookies that we prefer (you can use two teaspoons) or we can drop a bit of dough from spoon onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 175° in the oven already warm for about 30 minutes or until golden brown (gas oven).

- 100 g finely ground almonds
- 80 g of coconut flour
