Pickled cauliflower
Instructions
Clean the cabbage with green leaves, remove the core, cut it into pieces not too large and wash it.
Meanwhile, boil a pot of water with lemon juice and let it cook the cabbage for a few minutes.
Drain and let dry, keeping it in a colander.
When will dry evenly place it in glass jars.
Now simmer the quart of vinegar with salt, pepper and Bay leaves and when is still warm, pour over cauliflower pieces.
Close tightly and place in a dark place for a month before consumption.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 2000 g of cauliflower
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- 3 lemons
- 6 leaves of laurel
- Salt
- Pepper
