Instructions
Put tomatoes in water and vinegar for 10 minutes, squeeze and finely slice.
Wash cauliflower and cut into florets.
Brown garlic and chilli in 7 tablespoons oil, add the cauliflower and let it stand for 10 minutes, add the tomatoes, fennel seeds, salt and pepper and Cook, covered, for 40 minutes, basting with broth as it is absorbed.
Before serving, remove garlic and chilli.
