Instructions
Saute the onion for a few minutes, add the bacon and let it go for 5 minutes, add the frozen peas and cover with a little water or broth. In a bowl beat eggs with salt nutmeg grated Parmesan and flour, add the prepared vegetables. Pour the mixture into a well-oiled baking pan.
Bake at 180° C in a preheated oven and ventilated for about twenty minutes. As soon as you see that the omelette is taking body lower the temperature and cook for another 15 minutes.
