Chicken nuggets with almonds
Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces as they will cook quickly without harden and flour. Chop the almonds and parsley. In a large frying pan put the oil, add a pinch of salt and pepper and lightly floured tidbits to be spun rapidly for a few minutes.
Quickly distribute the sweet wine (such as port, malvasia or vin santo ...) add the chopped almonds and extinguish the fire. Cover the pan for a few minutes. Add the chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- 500 g chicken breast to topside whole
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (40 g)
- 1 small glass of sweet wine
- flour as required.
