Turn on the oven and bring it to 185°. Mix in a bowl the flour to the yeast; then add sugar, margarine, eggs and a pinch of salt. Knead everything by hand for a few minutes until a dough consistency not too soft. Let stand in a cool place for 15 minutes.

Peel the oranges, cut wedges and divide them in half with the help of a knife sharp smooth blade. Return the pasta dough, roll out with a rolling pin on a sheet of wax paper slightly more than half of the dough into a thin sheet, put the sheet of parchment paper with the dough into a round baking dish and spread over jam and orange slices. With the remaining pasta composing a lattice. Move the Pan in hot oven and bake at 180° for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Unmold the tart when is cold and sprinkle, if liked, with the icing sugar.
