Golden Zucchini pie
Instructions
In a bowl put the breadcrumbs moistened with a little water, the clove of chopped garlic, a pinch of oregano, the tomatoes washed and cut into small pieces, chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons oil, grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything well and keep aside.
Wash the zucchini, ticking, peel them and cut them into thick rondelline a couple of millimeters. Brush with a little oil in a pan, foderarla with breadcrumbs while eliminating excess and deploy a first layer of squash, a pinch of salt and oregano and a layer of compound prepared. Continue alternating layers until exhaustion ingredients; at the end add another tablespoon of oil and pass in a hot oven (200°).
Bake the cake at 180° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the Pan from the oven and cover it with foil paper for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold with a main dish of meat or fish prepared as you wish.
