Caprese cake (for celiac)
Instructions
Finely chop in a blender or thermomix, sugar and shelled almonds (but with the skin Brown). Remove this "flour" and also chop dark chocolate reduced to pieces. Join the "farina" of almonds and chopped chocolate and sugar also add the soft butter and eggs. Operate the device again for the time necessary to obtain a uniform dough nice and dark brown.
Grease and flour a baking 22/24 cm and pour the dough. Bake in the oven already warm at 180° for 35-40 min. Once cooked, take it out from the oven and allow to cool. Sformarla and place it on a serving platter, dust generously with icing sugar and serve.
For the total absence of flour is a type of cake that can be eaten even coeliacs (clean by dusting icing sugar allowed).

- 150 gr. soft butter
- 4 eggs
