Instructions
Put in a large bowl the butter and sugar and process it with an electric mixer until it becomes foamy cream. Combine egg yolks and salt. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and add it to the dough. Add the flour a tablespoon at a time so as not to make lumps.
When the dough is soft and sticky, add the chocolate chips and mix all gently. Pour the mixture into a mold from cake, cover with a wet cloth and well wrung out.
The rising time lasts one night (you bake the next day).
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
