Instructions

SUMMER SALAD with PINE NUTS 08557 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 head lettuce 1/2 head Frisee Salad, 2 tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber, 1/2 white onion, cooked potatoes, 12 4 pitted black olives.

For the vinaigrette: 2 natural yoghurt, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, a tablespoon of minced cilantro, salt and pepper.

Wash and dry the Salad Greens, cut them and pour into a bowl.

Wash the vegetables (tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, onion) and cut them into small pieces.

Sliced potatoes and olives and combine all ingredients.

Do Brown the pine nuts in a pan without any seasoning.

Prepare the vinaigrette: mix yogurt with the vinegar, olive oil, coriander, salt and pepper.

Pour the vinaigrette over the salad, add the pine nuts, stir and serve.
