East coconut cake

2_18998 EASTERN COCONUT CAKE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 210 g milk, 150 g semolina, 65 g of grated coconut, 100 g sugar, 2 eggs, one packet of yeast.
For the syrup: sugar, 280 g 160 g of water.
Pour all of the ingredients for the cake in a mug and robt mix them with the spatula until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Pour into a mold of buttered and lightly floured glass.
Cook in the oven at 175ø for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, pour into a saucepan with the sugar water: placed on moderate flame and heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, let the sugar melt until a syrup not too colorful.
When cooked, remove the cake from the oven and let cool.
Pour hot syrup over then and, if desired, decorate with almonds, pistachios or walnuts.
Serve.
