Instructions

3_10071 APPLESAUCE of GRILLED AUBERGINES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE a box of puff pastry already stretched out, a kg of aubergines, 500 g Aubergine cream, a jar of pesto ready (150-200 g) 150 g toasted pine nuts, US 15 of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven grill.

Wash the eggplants, cut them lengthwise in thick sections, place them on the grill of the oven, being careful to put under a plate lined with wax paper; sprayed with olive oil the eggplant, salt and pepper.

Bake 10 minutes, cuocendole 5 minutes per side, being careful it does not burn.

Grease a baking Tin, lie on the bottom the Aubergine slices so that the end less wide is oriented toward the Center.

Spread the Eggplant cream and pesto, sprinkle toasted pine nuts.

Roll out the puff pastry on top, then bake for 25 minutes.

When cooked, let it cool and serve.
