Cauliflower with cream sauce
Instructions
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and the core; wash it and put it to full boil in salted water.
Remove from the water scolandolo and place it in a buttered baking dish; Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cream.
Bake for 30 minutes.
