2_03965 NOODLES with shrimp and LEMON JUICE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of fresh noodles, 400 g of pink shrimp tails, a clove of garlic, 4 sprigs of basil, 2 green lemons, 5 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Wash the Basil, tamponatelo with paper towel and remove the leaves from the sprigs. Keep aside a handful for the final seal and cut those remaining fillets with a scissor. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Squeeze a lemon; emulsify the juice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half of the Basil flakes and garlic. Add salt, pepper, add cleaned shrimp: mix thoroughly, cover with plastic and let marinate. Cook the noodles until al dente in salted water. Drain, place in a bowl with a tablespoon of olive oil and mix thoroughly. In a pan heat the remaining oil and sauté 2 minutes lively focus well drained shrimp from marinade. Add the noodles, the marinade and continue cooking 2 minutes. Season with the remaining basil, add salt and pepper and serve immediately garnished with the basil leaves and lime wedges.
