Instructions

Blanch the cauliflower in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, cut into pieces and set aside.

Brown garlic in oil, add the cauliflower, stir, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Then add the raisins and pine nuts, pepper, add some chopped parsley and season with salt and cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
