Ham cauliflower
Instructions
Divide the cauliflower florets and wash thoroughly in.
Boil in salted water for about 20 minutes.
Drain very well.
Hard boil the eggs, let them cool, Peel separating yolks from the whites.
Chop the egg whites, mash yolks with a fork and collect everything into a bowl along with boiled cauliflower florets.
In a pan melt a knob of butter and two tablespoons of bread crumbs insaporitevi.
Remove from heat and pour over cauliflower.
Add the diced ham and four tablespoons of grated cheese.
Adjust salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
Grease a baking dish, pour the cauliflower mixture, spread some butter flakes and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve in the same container.

- 1 cauliflower from 1000 g
- 150 g of ham (from 150 g slices)
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
